MEET EARL INNISS

Who Am I? 

My name is Earl Inniss. I am a Software Engineer and the architect of the R5 Marketing Framework.

I have a passion for assisting entrepreneurs with building their businesses via a system I have developed called, “One Large Team” (OLT).

Increasing the bottom line revenues for entrepreneurs and small business owners utilizing the R5 Marketing Framework, I also help them save time to work on other aspects of their businesses.

Reason for Entrepreneurship

When I initially entered into the entrepreneurial space in an effort to get more out of life, I observed how challenging it was to generate leads and sales. As a result, I set out to create a tool that would aid me in my efforts by utilizing my technical skills and the marketing knowledge I have acquired throughout the years.

Having had some successes with my own system, tools and resources, I soon realized that I could assist other business owners as well. 

In fact, while assisting several business owners with generating leads, I had built a sales team of over one hundred and twenty members within a three-month period.

What’s My Secret?

My secret is in using these 4 R’s of marketing: 1. Retention, 2. Referral 3. Rotation Advertising and 4. Rewards.

Retention

A loyalty program that provides perks to my clients on their birthdays and anniversaries.

Referral

An incentive program that incentivizes by clients and prospective clients alike for referrals.

Rotation

An advertising component that promotes my clients’ products and services.

Rewards

Gift items, that are used as incentives by my clients, to encourage potential customers to purchase their products and services, or join their business opportunity or affiliate programs.
